We regret for the inconvenience caused to you, do not worry, mostly the issue may occur due to AVG Zen dashboard doesn't sync properly with your AVG My account. We need to resolve this issue by reactivating your AVG Zen interface. Kindly follow the suggested steps below.
1. We request you to open your AVG Zen and click on your email address that is displayed on the top right corner of your Zen and select the option as log out as admin.
2. Then click on the same place where you had the email address and select the option as "Leave this Zen network" and confirm it by clicking ok.
3. Again click on the same place and select the option as "Connect to an existing Zen network" and please enter your username and password correctly then you will get pro version installed on it. If not restart your PC once and check for the results.

I purchased the avg ultimate on my pc. Then I downloaded the avg cleaner, antivirus, zen. The antivirus and cleaner both registered to pro with no issues. However the avg zen is still showing update to pro then asking for a purchase even though i have my email logged in. Help would be appreciated please.

Please note that this Community deals mainly with the technical queries regarding AVG Windows products. AVG Android support is provided through email only. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
