AVG Ultra crashed on my computer

Should I delete the existing program and download the program again?  Is there a better way?

When I try to open the antivirus , VPN,antitrack or Tuneup program I get a message that says
sorry but we've crashed.  This only occurs on one computer. The other computer works fine. This 
has been going on for about 3 or 4 days.  At first I thought the whole AVG system was down, but 
then realized it was only my computer. Any help would be appreciated.  Up to now the program has 
been great. The other programs on the computer work fine other than my Microsoft Office which I 
also can't access.
