AVG unable to download the product!

Since 11/9, AVG has been unable to download version 2015, after numerous attempts - now they
have me waiting for someone to email me when they determine the problem - I have no anti-virus on my computer, since they uninstalled the old AVG . . . 

This is one of the largest anti-virus companies in the world, and they are unable to download
their own product?  Or even tell me if they have a solution or when they'll have a solution . . . 

And, I've paid them, they have charged my acct and I have no protection!

They spent 3 hrs on 11/9 and 2 hrs on 11/10 working remotely to download . . . I'm ready to go with
another company . . .
