I have two licenses with AVG. I had to do a complete reinstall of windows twice in one week because AVG wouldn't run. I reinstalled twice and now for the third time I don't see any reinstall options and I know longer have the chat option. I was on hold for twenty minutes and finally disconnected. This is very unusual for AVG I have had nothing but excellent support from AVG. Can you help please.
