Did the application update for AVG antivirus tonight (6/7/20). Install went OK and it told me to restart my computer. I did.
Now after my login screen my desktop is not coming up. It's a black screen with no taskbar. It won't do anything. I had a friend login to my computer using Teamviewer and all they could see was the black screen also.
I was able to bring up the task manager, went to more details, went to start up tab and highlighted AVG AvLaunch component to try to disable it but it won't change to disabled (was thinking if I disabled it and restarted the computer it would solve my issue.
Using Win 10.

We'd like to inform you that this could be caused by an incomplete restart.
We suggest you to force restart your computer by power draining it (Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds to power drain your computer).
Check if the issue persists after the force restart.

I am unable to uninstall it. As soon as I log into the computer it goes to a black screen with no taskbar, so I'm unable to do ANYTHING. No desktop at all!!
