AVG update task bar advising not protected but program screen advising I am?

Seem to have new AVG update offereing all signing & dancing free trail. 
I have used the basic for probably over 10 years at least now no problems:

1. Problem 1 cannot access by on line banking
2. Problem 2. As detailed in Topic above

Can anyone please help ? of do I just delete AVG

4. Share us the screenshot of the pages which shows "Not protected and Protected message" on the same device.

Today the "protected / not protected " issue has disappeared perhaps just an artifact issue at the update ?
 
I have also managed to access my bank  BUT
 
Every web access action is taking an inordinately long time eg to load G Mail on Google Chrome a full 12 minutes.
 
I am going to run cc cleaner to see if helps and if not will turn off AVG momentarily and try without protection to identify if AVG update is the issue. I am using Windows 7on a DELL Inspiron laptop

1. What are all the AVG products installed in your device?
2. Do you have any VPN program installed in your device? If yes, please try to turn off VPN and check it. 
3. You can also try to disable AVG program and check whether you can load the websites quickly.
