AVG is using an Israeli company called quttera to block me from my own website. My website needs to be removed from the “web shield” blacklist. AVG should not use an Israeli company to block websites. Israel is ruled by a genocidal regime that may discriminate against me because I oppose their regime. AVG does not allow me to contact them about this problem, and only offers this community to help.
If AVG is incorrectly blocking your website, the best approach is to focus the request on the technical issue rather than the location or nationality of the third-party scanning company. You can ask for a review of the domain and provide evidence that the site is legitimate and free from malware.
You could also check Quttera’s website classification directly and request a re-scan or false-positive review. If AVG’s Web Shield is relying on an outdated or incorrect classification, the domain should be re-evaluated and the detection removed if appropriate.
It may also help to provide the exact AVG detection message, your domain, and the Quttera scan result when posting in the community so others can identify where the block is coming from.
How can a report be made to whoever is blocking my site? I need more help than advice from the community. I need AVG to stop blocking my site. I contacted Quttera already. I have clicked on the link entitled “report false detection” many times. My domain is philosopherswheel.com
No, there is no way to do that.
Tell AVG to stop blacklisting and blocking the websites of its own customers!
