I have checked now and it does not show up, I can only see 5 pre-installed extensions being "AVG Secure VPN", "AVG Adblock", "AVG Anti-Fingerprinting", "AVG Anti-Tracking" and "AVG Performance Manager". I enabled developer mode and I still only see these 5 options, I don't see any other extensions I can download.
Hello, I am not a new user and have been experiencing the same problem for about a week, as well. It was working on Facebook, Youtube and others and then it wasn't.
For about a week now, I haven't been able to use AVG Video Downloader, at first it wouldn't detect any YouTube videos to download, after that I tried reinstalling the browser, but after the reinstall the AVG Video Downloader wouldn't even show up.

To further look into this, we request you to share us the screenshot of your AVG Secure Browser's Extensions & "Privacy & Security Center" windows (where the Video Downloader feature is enabled).
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
