AVG Video Downloader

The problem I have is when I go to watch a video off of facebook.  It will start to play and then suddenly stop with the screen "jumping" and flickering with the video screen going black.  Then after a few times trying to watch other videos and the same thing happening my whole AVG Secure Browser drags down, the CPU starts to overheat (fan kicks in highspeed mode) and I can't use the browser.  The browser would "flash" and go blank and basically lock up.  I noticed the Video Downloader icon flash in the top right section.  Somehow I got into a task manager and ended Video Downloader's process.  That is when I regained control of the browser.  How do I get rid of it all together?  It does me no good when it prevents me from even using the browser at all.  It isn't listed in the extensions.

To export bookmarks : Open Secure browser - Menu (3 dots) - Bookmark manager - Menu (3 dots) - Export bookmarks to desired location.

Before I go and uninstall, how do I back up my bookmarks and what not?

I get the same thing:
