I understand the inconvenience. Have you activated AVG Secure VPN with your Myaccount credentials?
Please open AVG Internet Security, click on Home icon at the top left corner of the interface to open AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen). On the top right corner, check if you have activated the program with your Myaccount credentials. If not please click Connect in the top-right corner of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG MyAccount during the purchase, and click Log in.
If you face any difficulties, please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of AVG Secure VPN interface and Zen console to check and assist further.
I purchased a two year subscription to AVG Secure VPN on 3rd October 2017, but I have not been able to activate it. How do I do this?
( I am currently using the free version which expires in 24 days)
