My operating system is windows 10 …I got no messages just couldn't access any websites. I tried to use diferent browsers ( Crome / Opera ) when I turned off the vpn I could access everything. I will try switching locations.

I upgraded my AVG 2 days ago. VPN worked fine the first day and now any time it's on I don't have internet access. I tried disabling fire wall and still no joy. If I switch off vpn my Internet works fine.
I see that people had issues with this as far back as few years ago and can't find any solutions rather then uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Can anyone shed some light on this subject please, thanks.

I had the same thing happen with emailing links as well as the internet going off and on. No solution because I cannot get hold of AVG. w/o VPN, everything works fine.

Please let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing this issue & clarify how you found that there is no network connectivity. Did you receive any message regarding it?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Meanwhile, please try restarting your device once & then connect to different servers (locations) that are available in Secure VPN to check.
