AVG VPN blocks videos on BBC bitesize

Hi Sarath, I have tried the 3 different UK locations. I cannot view any of the BBC educational videos in my Chrome browser. This absolutely ridiculous! This has not happened before I subscribed to AVG! Can you please advise?

Hi there, my child trying to watch educational videos on BBC bitesize, but the AVG is blocking them giving the error "This content is not available in your location". Chrome does not give me warning to say that flash player is blocked. When I disable the VPN, then sometimes we can view BBC's videos. But now bypassing the VPN does not work at all. Is there a setting that I need to change please?

The email address you have registered with the BBC bitesize must have synced with your current geolocation.
When you use the AVG Secure VPN, the geolocation is changed digitally.
This must be the reason why you are not able to view the online study support resource from BBC.
