After selecting a location and turning on AVG Secure VPN, a message appears, saying that VPN is now active and I can safely browse but the "obtaining IP" message never disappears. Should I change AVG Internet Security for another company and advise all the ones that I suggest AVG Internet Security to switch for another company?

I am not shure if I am safe with an undefine VIRTUAL VPN !

If you have any antivirus of firewall software installed, please disable them temporarily and check if AVG Secure VPN can be turned on.
If the issue persists, please reinstall AVG Secure VPN and let us know if the issue persists.

Changin the location does not help. This has been like this for a while and seems that I am not alone.
