AVG VPN Constantly disconnecting

Hi My VPN connection is constantly disconnecting every 2min or so, I have tried the following and nothing has even remotly helped.

  1. Stopped and started the services
  2. uninstalled and reinstalled the application
  3. I don't have any conflicting applications installed
  4. I have tried it on two different internet connections with the same results
I'm a bit stumped at this point, any assistance would be greatly appriciated, thank you.
