AVG VPN doesn't work even if I paid for it - eroors

I understand that you are getting an error code when you try to connect to the Avast SecureLine VPN server.
We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out.
I would like to inform you that generally, you will receive this error code when there is an intermittent issue on the network. In this case, reconnecting/changing the VPN location may solve this issue.
Please do provide me the following information :
1)Could you please let me know if you were able to connect to VPN with no issues previously?
2)When did you start to facing this issue?
3)Could you please check if you have updated the Avast SecureLine VPN to latest version? if not please do try updating it and try connecting to the VPN.

If AVG Secure VPN is unable to establish a connection, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check that your internet connection works when AVG Secure VPN is disconnected. If your internet connection isn't working, check your network configuration.
Select a different AVG server location.
Disconnect other VPN services that may be running on your PC. If you are connected to another VPN, it is likely that AVG Secure VPN won't work properly.
Restart your PC and try connecting to AVG Secure VPN again.
Check the configuration of your firewall. Firewall configurations vary according to the vendor/manufacturer. Consult the related documentation for information about running a VPN.
Confirm that your subscription is active. Open AVG Secure VPN, and go to ☰ Menu ▸ My subscriptions. Ensure Active appears next to AVG Secure VPN.
If AVG Secure VPN is still unable to establish a connection, try to uninstall and reinstall the application. For detailed instructions, refer to the following articles:

Hi
I hope you could help me
the programm doesn't work.
I installed and disnstalled I don't know how many time
I open the programm and there is the message initialization on going.
I try to enter in my account but doesn't work errore 0x78
What I hae to do to use AVG VPN.
If there is not way to fix the problem I need to ask to recharge the cost (and I'm using Security and Tune up too)
