The VPN was working fine, then it appears that AVG pushed an update automatically. Since then, the VPN blocks all internet connections.   It was uninstalled and re-installed twice, using different procedures.  It still does not work.  

Tech Support by phone was poor and the problem is unresolved. 

Please advise.  I paid for the full, exended subscription and cannot get Tech Support.
