AVG VPN has started blocking 2 frequently used websites 403 error

Hello Iain,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We understand that you are unable to access websites primelocation.com and zoopla.co.uk. We suggest you to change the VPN location to streaming servers (UK Wonderland, Miami, Gotham City) and check if you are able to access the specified websites.
Also please confirm if you have made any changes in your computer.
Thank you.

I have been accessing primelocation.com and zoopla.co.uk for a long time without any problems and yesterday got a 403 error on both sites. All other websites are accessible. I cleared the cache and history on my web browser [Chrome) restarted and got the same result. I tried the Edge browser, sams result. I turned off the VPN and could access the sites. I tried changing location on AVG VPN  - still got the 403 error. Is there any solution other than turning off AVG VPN?

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Iain.
Certain banking, shopping, streaming sites, etc, has taken counter measures to block its users from accessing its content through Secure VPN servers. While we do continue to add new servers and IP addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same.
In this regard, you can try excluding those servers in AVG Secure VPN & check if it helps.

Iain, please refer this article and exclude the IP address of that concerned website from the AVG Secure VPN connection.
If possible, could you please share the screenshot of the error message which you get while accessing those websites through VPN servers?
Are you getting those error messages on all the browsers or in a specific browser?

If needed, please find a quick guide on how to take a screenshot here.

Hello Subhashri
Thanks, I have tried those changes of location with the same 403 error resulting. The only change I made before this happened was updating AVG. The only way I can access those sites is by turning off AVG VPN.
Thank you.
