This isn’t an expected behavior, we will help you sort this out.
In this case, I request you to reinstall AVG Secure VPN once and check if it's working. You can go to control panel > program and features to uninstall it and here is the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Secure VPN.

I am in Florida ( I mainly try to use the Miami VPN connection as that is the closest and my email won't work with any other) and when I bring up google it comes up in a different country/language.  I switch to something else like New York and that works when I first switch, but then it happens again and I have to switch back to Miami.  What can I do to keep this from happening?

Thank you for the quick response.  I removed and reinstalled the vpn and at first I was still having the issue and just for kicks I changed to the San Francisco location and so far that is working, even my email works lol. I will continue using that location.  Thanks again for your help.
