AVG VPN- Identified as Fraud

Hi I've been using AVG products for years without any issue. recently ( six months) I added AVG VPN for further protection. Works OK on all five devices. However, when you check the various IP addresses they all come up with FRAUD . Can you explain the system ? ( I used scamalytics to check the IP address) Here is the result of one.
IP address 51.161.66.97 is a very high fraud risk. This IP address is owned by OVH Hosting who are themselves a high risk ISP. Scamalytics see low levels of traffic from this IP address across our global network, almost all of which is fraudulent. We apply a risk score of 100/100 to 51.161.66.97, meaning that of the web traffic where we have visibility, 100% is suspected to be fraudulent. If you see web traffic from this IP address there is potentially a very high risk that it is criminals engaged in fraudulent activity. Other types of traffic may pose a different risk or no risk. 51.161.66.97 is operating an anonymising VPN, which is likely to be proxying traffic from another geographical location. The geographical location of 51.161.66.97 is in Canada, however the geographical location of the user could be anywhere in the world.

Hello Alan. Thank you for taking the time to communicate with AVG and I apologize for the delayed response. My name is Shawn and I am writing to you on behalf of the AVG Senior Support team.

Generally speaking, the site you referenced, appears to be specific to industry dating sites, and I would think it is not necessarily a fraudulent detection, whereas the purpose of VPN is for our users to be anonymous when online.

That being said, AVG Secure VPN has a large user base and regrettably a small number of those users are using our product for malicious activities. We do not encourage, nor do we support, any illegal/malicious activities with the use of our products, as written in our End User License Agreement (EULA): End user license agreements | AVG

Specific to the referenced IP address, 51.161.66.97, I have since shared your concern, with our development team, to further investigate a corrective action.

I trust this explanation and information help clarify your concern. Regards, Shawn
