I am in the UK. I have just paid for AVG VPN and set it up OK. AVG VPN has set my location as the UK default 'London'.
However Amazon Prime now sees I am using VPN and will not allow me access to Prime films.
Other than turning off VPN, what can I do ?
Hi Martin,
We would like to clarify that certain streaming websites have strict restriction in accessing their website using a VPN.
However, please open AVG Secure VPN program window. Click on "change location" and select "Streaming".
Please select each location available on it one by one and check the status with Amazon Prime.
If you still happen to see same message from that website to turn off VPN, then eventually that is the only way.
Thank you.
Many thanks for a clear, concise and fast answer.
I presume it is not possible to turn off VPN for selected web sites?

You are most welcome, Martin.
As of now there is no such option on our AVG Secure VPN.
We request you to turn off AVG Secure VPN manually when you would like to visit Amazon Prime website.
