Could you share the screenshot of the issue?

I have an AVG VPN subscription until February 2019, but when I try to connect to a VPN, the VPN wont connect and I am then getting a pop up that invites me to have a 30 day trial or to buy a subscription. Does anyone know why this is happening when I have another two months to run on my subscription?
