Avg vpn not opening giving error

Hello, I did everything you said but the problem was not solved. The location I access is Turkey/Istanbul. The problem has not been solved for 1 month. I cannot change my location from the VPN homepage. There is no such option. My device is Windows 11 Pro. When I changed the VPN protocol, the problem was not solved. I also changed the DNS address but the problem was not solved. (YOU NEED TO SOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. URGENT)

VPN is not opening, it says it is experiencing a technical problem (sorry, the connection cannot be established) What should I do about this?
