Hi. Thanks for your prompt reply. I followed all instructions to the letter but unfortunately the problem is not resolved. After clicking to turn on the VPN it tries for a few minutes before the message, "Cannot connect to VPN "appears.
I purchased the AVG Ultimate suite mainly for the VPN but it wont turn on on my PC. I have successfully got it to work on my laptop however. I have had error codes M181Um and EWP9UM. Can anyone help me please?
