Every few hours, I had an AVG VPN pop-up to connect. I don't want to use all the time.
Not finding a way to disable that, I went into the AVG VPN App and disabled the App.
It still pops up every morning.
Aside from uninstalling the app, how do I stop the AVG VPN to remind me to connect VPN?

Upon checking it, it seems that the program reminds you to turn on the VPN for extra privacy while accessing sensitive websites.
In this regard, you can follow the steps in this article to manage the notifications (disable Use VPN for sensitive websites).
