Avg vpn secure network keeps bouncing in and out connection

Has very unstable connection whilst located in glasgow…  It therefore cuts out internet connection prior to move or disconnection/ additions.
Why has this started over last 2 days? This internet drop out is killing my work schedule!!!

I understand from neighbours that an openreach engineer has been in the local box for the last 2 days around the times of the trouble. I will check again today if it happens again and he is around. 


Yes I do have AVG Internet Security as well as Trace
