I have sent an email with the steps to connect to our remote experts. Please check the email and follow the instructions to start the remote session.
I'm on fibre to the house with connection with speeds of 100mpbs, as soon as I connect the VPN my speeds drop to 2-3mbps on all my 4 pc's. I've tried different browsers, different locations all of the ones marked P2P, I've updated all my PC's network card drivers.
This is not what I expect, I understand that speeds may drop and the reasons why, but not to these levels.
If you have no fix for this and are unwilling to offer any further help then please refund my payment as what your supplying is not fit for purpose.
