Thanks for looking at this issue for me. I'm afraid its still not working. I've logged off and logged on, and also reinstall the program. Still saying that my subscription ended on 11th of Feb 2018. Please see attached. Clicking on refresh license didn't do anything.
Could you check again please?

Hi, I recently renewed my AVG Secure VPN subscription for a year after a trial period. However is keeps saying that it has expired and asking me to renew. In My AVG place it says that I should have access until 27 Jan 2019 but on the VPN it said it has expired on 11 Feb 2018. I have logged off and back in, uninstall-reinstalled the VPN but it doesn't seem to work.
