AVG VPN tells me I don't have it

I have paid for the VPN, and it says it has expired when it expires in march 2019. I've read the other comments and they techs says its a synchronization problem and I should log out and log back in, which doesn't help. I'm assuming this happens every time widows updates. But I need help.
