I asked a question before about whether the email I got announcing that AVG were on top of WannaCry Virus because I seemed to get an email from AVG to this effect. I needed to know was it a real email from them or a spoof for it offered a link to help which foolishly I pressed and I got a freeze for a moment.
AVG have asked for a "Screenshot" which means nothing to me as I am quite old and have mental health issues…its all too much for me to understand this screen shot thing.
The original email is deleted anyway now, and I ask is it possible to tell me if AVG did send out that generic email? It starts with Large font "DONT PANIC" and goes on to say how avg is on top of everything.
