Thank you for the information. Upon checking with your screenshot we can see that you haven't enabled AVG Web Tune up. AVG Web TuneUp is the free browser add-on and it helps you to browse securely on the Internet. It gets installed only on the default browser of Internet Explorer and Firefox of your PC and it is not compatible with the Windows 10 Edge browser. We would request you to confirm whether you have installed on your Internet explorer or Firefox, if so please try to checvk whether AVG webtune up addon or plugin is activated on your system. Could you please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the error message you are referring to assist you further? Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
For some reason the F12 key isn't working on my PC. However I have used the MS Snipping Tool to produce the sequence in the attached which should give you the information you need
