AVG Web TuneUp and Identity Protection Service won't uninstall

I don't need nor want Web TuneUp or Identity Protection Service but when I click to uninstall AVG Web TuneUp, no uninstall window comes up. It just says "starting uninstall" and the program disappears from my tasks. There isn't even an uninstall for Identity Protection Service.

I get to step 5 of that article and then the window just disappears and the uninstaller exits. The program is still on my computer.
