AVG will not stay signed in to Zen network

Hi, i am also having the above issue. I've had it for quite sometime now.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled as per above.

It tells me i'm not connected to the Zen network. I click connect, inputt my details. It tells me i'm connected then 5-10sec's it says i'm not connected.

Do you have any more advice?

I have the exact same problem.  I have also unistalled and reinstalled as per above.  Once I connect it to the zen network it stays connected for a few seconds and then runs an update search.  `when that stops it disconnects from the Zen network.

Can you please assist?

I have AVG antivirus (personal) installed on my MacBook Pro (late 2009) running OS X 10.11.3. It will not stay signed in to the Zen network. I click on the drop down box in the top right corner and it tells me I'm not connected to a Zen network. I log in, it starts to check for updates and then instantly says 'disconnected'. I have the Zen app on my android phone, and my Mac shows up there but says that it is not protected. I know Zen isn't mandatory, but I like stuff to work and this is bugging me.

Hi guys, thanks for such a quick response. I'm afraid there isn't an error message. The app just signs in then instantly signs out again. Is there a log file I an check? Would a screenshot still be helpful?
