Okay…I found the update but it says I am not suppose to download it because I have the free version. Will I s***w something up if I do? I can't find it to download on the free site. 
I am running the free version of AVG and have Windows 7. I've never had a problem, but today after my scan I got a message that AVG "Update failed" and to check my connection, etc. It was fine and I waited a couple hours and tried again. After I tried a couple times I started getting the message "A. bin file is missing". I looked it up and followed the instructions to delete the temp update files and it still will not update. I tried shutting down, I tried emptying my cache, I ran my malware program, I rescanned with AVG…nothing works and I am now getting the "A. bin file is missing" message repeatly. Any suggestions?
