when i try to uninstall AVG from my pc is takes me to download AVG zen again. When i try to update my AVG it just says download is currupted so i cant do anything with AVG. i would really apreciate your help.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would request you to try using our AVG remover tool to remove all the components of the AVG antivirus program.
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
4) Run the AVG installation again and if the issue persists please do let us know. Thank you.
