Hello! - Ive been using AVG free for years and im satisfied with AVG Free - but for some reason here the 4th of july (04-07-18) avg has withdrawn money from my bank account of 399 DKK and from a quick scan of your website i can see that its the advanced protection thats been bought using my card. - As stated, i use the free option and im happy with it.
Any chance for a refund or should i go through my bank instead? - Thought i would give it a try here first, seeing as the bank process is lenghty.
