Avg wont activate

I just bought avg via the buy now tab on the free version, it tells me the order is complete but I have no sign of it on my purchase history on the program and I'm still on the free version. When I bought avg it gave me directions on how to activate but the app cut off half of the text, I checked my bank and it says they have my money but I haven't been able to use the program p.s. the directions said I would be sent directions to my email and still no email
