I am now having this problem and it is costing me dearly as I run an ebay shop and every time I go to my sales records it sends my to avg yahoo error page so i have no way of accesing my sales ecept from my mobile phone. I cannot phone them as I am deaf anjd I cannot belive that they dont have tech chat as most sites do. I have just paid my yearly subscription of £29.99 to stop these things happening. This all started today after AVG updated.
I tried logging into my account but it tells me my password is invali8d, tried fogotten pasword recovery but no email after three hours. I have been a loyal AVG customer for 20 years and canot believe they would give sutch crap service. So far today it has cost me probably £100 or more in sales.
Hi, decided I would have a look at my Ebay account for some purchases. As soon as I scroll over the ebay page AVG takes me out of the screen with and error page. 'Oops! page not found' Yahoo error handler.
Can anyone help me stop this ridiculous error message. It seems I may have to cancel my subscription if this continues.
I am not a Techy expert, so please reply in' basic' language.
Many Thanks George
