AVG Zen and Anti-Theft

I am sorry to hear that. Please check if you activated AVG pro on your mobile device with your AVG Myaccount credentials. Once activated the program, please open AVG Ultimate on your computer and check if the Anti-theft is protected.

Has anybody else had problems with this app?
I bought the Ultimate package, had trouble with the Android element, found out that technical support via phones and chat are non-existent but eventually managed to crawl through the system to install the apps.
Now I have a problem with the Zen app as it does not seem to be able to communicate with the AVG app and keeps saying that I am not protected with anti-theft, despite AVG saying otherwise.
The app also tells me to upgrade to Pro but I was under the impression that, having paid for the Ultimate package, all associated elements were Pro.
Anybody else having issues???

Please click on the following link ( Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in the description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Please select you are using a paid version even it is a free version you are using. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution. Thank you.
