P.S. Sorry, forgot to mention; Windows 10 on a Toshiba laptop. Its old but everything still works.
The AVG Zen app will not start. The anti-virus protection app is functioning properly and the '1 click' maintenance program works fine but I cannot get Zen to start. It used to work when I first installed AVG 2015 but it has stopped working. I tried re-installing but that did not fix the problem. Any ideas?

Well there was no screenshot to send, nothing happened! But I saw another post that gave me an idea. I went to the 'Uninstall' page and got the 'uninstall/change' option, not on the AVG Zen app but on the AVG 2015 app. So I ran the 'Repair' feature and it fixed my problem! Don't know why but it all works now like it should. BTW this was on Windows 10.
