Hello:
I have AVG Internet Security 2015 installed on two of my computers, and the licenses for these two computers expired today. A couple of weeks ago I purchased the AVG Zen subscription and installed it on these two computers. Everything seemed to work fine, until today. AVG Zen is reporting that I no longer have a valid license for the two computers whose licenses expired today. I was under the impression that the AVG Zen purchase basically supersedes the "old" AVG Internet Security product, and these two computers were fully covered for the life of my AVG Zen subscription (one year).
Can anybody explain what is happening? Must I uninstall AVG Internet Security from both of these computers in order for the newer AVG Zen to properly report the protections on these machines?
Thanks for your help -
Matt
