My Father-in-Law has a subscription for the multi-device AVG Zen package. He put my wife's and my emails onto his account. We were sent Invitation codes to be able to access his services. This all worked out fine, but one of the suggestions was to update a driver that wasn't working properly and my computer Blue-screened and then wouldn't turn on, although that is an entirely different issue. I was, however, forced to use a System Restore that restored it to a state before I had installed the AVG Zen product.
So, I went to download it again and everything went fine until I was prompted to put in the code. I get the error message "(!) We could not log you in. Please try again later". I've tried a few times over the course of a period of time but I still am not able to get in.
I feel like the reason is probably due to the fact that I've already used that code before; if that's the reason, how am I able to take steps to get a new one without adding another device to my Father-in-Law's account, and if not, how am I able to fix it?
