We regret for the inconvenience caused. Do you find any progress bar or percentage of the process completed? Do you get any pop-up or notification from AVG interface? Thank you.
I am trying to run a maintenance task on my partner's laptop but it is stalling on broken shortcuts… I left it running all afternoon yesterday and never got past it.
Thanks guys will try later… do I need to uninstall from all devices and start from fresh or just the one I cant get to run maintenaance… since my last post it is still in the same posistion

Unfortunately, due to our company's restriction policy we couldn't access the link that you have provided.
However, we would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.
