Hello Brittany. Did you use a trial version of AVG Internet security on your laptop before installing AVG Ultimate? If you did so, have you uninstalled it before installing AVG Ultimate?

I wento there before writing my previous response. I got a response saying that AVG ultimate does not come with a license number. I have sent them an email back stating the problem. It still asks for a license number on the newly added laptop.

I have just successfully added another laptop to my Zen network but it is only covered for performance and support. I can't seem o get protection and privacy and identity fully enabled. It keeps asking for the license number. Should this be happening? What do I do?

You say that AVG website. No information for your email

In principle, there is a way to view your data
From here you can retrieve your AVG license
http://www.avg.com/eu-en/license-retrieval
Use the email with which you registered in purchase an AVG product
And you'll get back your license via email
