AVG Zen not recognizing that I installed AVG Tuneup- Unlimited

Hi,
I purchased AVG Tuneup- Unlimited on May 14th, 2017. However, when I downloaded it, AVG Zen did not recognize that I had purchased AVG Tuneup Unlimited. Instead it continues to show that I have AVG Tuneup Free. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times but it hasn't made a difference. I purchased the program directly from my AVG Zen dashboard. Is there anything else that I can try in order to get it to recognize that I have the unlimited version? Or is there anyway that I could get a refund because it is not allowing me to use the program that I purchased?

We understand your concern and let us work together to fix the issue. In-order to fix the issue please kindly follow the below steps. To remove the old AVG traces please run the Below tools.
AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe
AVG Remover tool: http://files-download.avg.com/util/tools/AVG_Remover.exe

After running the above tools please restart the PC and follow the below link to install AVG PC TuneUP-Unlimited.
