The authentification process works slightly differently for AVG Zen products than AVG legacy products (Internet Security, PC TuneUp). It is true that Zen products do not have license numbers to use for activation. The activation is rather done by utilizing your MyAccount created on AVG website. Your MyAccount holds information about your subscriptions and you need to log in to Zen framework using your AVG MyAccount credentials in order to activate complete funcionality of AVG software. I have been using AVG for virus protection for several years. I received an email from AVG last month selling AVG Zen. I purchased it paying over $50 for it, downloaded it and thought it was working. I'm showing AVG Internet Security 2015 however am receiving pop-ups saying I need to activate it by putting in my license #. I never received a new license # to enter from AVG like previous years. I filled out AVG's license # retrieval form and the most recent license # is not there. I cannot figure out how to email AVG for help. Does anyone know what might be the problem? THANK YOU!
