AVG ZEN WEB TUNE UP cannot remove tool bar to install web tune up

Hello Chris.

Did you try to uninstall the existing AVG tool bar from control panel? Do you receive any error message when you try to do that? Thank you.

Hi And I hope some one can help?

Purchased and down loaded PC Tune up

Then went to download WEB Tune up

Says need to follow instructions to uninstall AVG tool bar and putting it in the bin

Also change setting

All done

but still will not down load and keeps comming up with same mesage to remove tool bar.

Is there another way of removing?

Many thanks for your resonce.

In the control panel when you click on the   Change/Remove it takes you to a link 


Avg Search

I carried out instruction but it is still in control panel!
