This is pissing me off as well.  Had to verify my suspissions using a tool called Windows Focus Logger, and it confirmed that avguix was the culprit.  This is very annoying when I'm typing and suddenly, my keystrokes don't go to my application.  I then have to refocus and continue.

Application I have instaled is AVG Free (AVG version 1.162.2.62416, AVG Protection 17.2.3008).  This started occuring with the latest update which I installed on March 24, 2017.

Please fix.
