Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. We regret for the inconvenience caused. Do you suspect AVG PC Tuneup has removed your back up files? Please follow the steps below to undo the changes made to your PC by AVG PC Tuneup and check if the issue is resolved.
Open AVG PC Tuneup.
Click on Rescue center on the main dashboard and then select Undo changes.
Select the changes you would like to restore, or select all if you are not sure.
Then click Restore to undo the changes.

- I recently did an AVG tune up which suggested I did a clean up on old files etc, now I can't get back up files to work properly. Any ideas?
