Backup PC before Tuneup fix?

Hello Ken,
Please be informed that the back for the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program will be created and you can restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.
Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

PC TuneUp PRO is going to make many changes after initial scan if I "Fix"  Is the program doing a Windows backup before these changes, or do I need to do that, in case good performance is not achieved?
