I bought one of AVG's products recently and was billed twice for the same product without my knowing.
I raised this as soon as I noticed the transaction on my credit card statement but have been told that as this is outside of their 30day refund policy the will not refund the money.
AVG have stolen this money from me and I would NEVER recommend their products to anyone as a result.
The customer service that I have received has been beyond bad.
I would recommend that everyone steer clear of this underhand company.

I suspect the 1st payment did not return a payment successful page so I would have tried to make the payment a second time, I can assure you that I did not wish to purchase 6 computer licenses for your product.
I would have assumed that the invoice was sent twice in error as, as far as I was concerned, I had only purchased 1 copy of the software.
I am afraid I do not understand your rigidity on this matter as this was clearly purchased twice in error & feel that you & your company have a complete lack of understanding of the situation and quality customer service.
